What will happen to my current membership?

Your current membership will remain valid with the benefits you have previously acquired. You will be able to use the electronic wallet in the new app and purchase a new membership if you wish to participate in the new benefits and keep track of your gift cards, coupons, and points.

If I already purchased a membership in the app and I don't have any balance, will I lose the membership benefits if I don't have a balance, such as access to the relaxation room, drinks, snacks, etc.?

The intangible benefits in the app will be valid for one year for BLACK membership, six months for GOLD, and three months for PLATINUM.

When do the accumulated points expire?

All points will last for one year from the date of registration in the Mondou app.

Can my gift cards be redeemed without having the app installed?

Gift cards are sent via text message, and the recipient must download the app to their cell phone to validate the gift coupon.

If the person has not redeemed their gift card or I made a mistake when entering the cell phone number, can I cancel and send it to a different cell phone?

Gift cards are deducted when the person downloads the app and redeems the promotion. If it has not been redeemed, a new shipment can be made.
